Do you charge a travel fee? 

If your event or wedding is not in Washington, Texas or California we do charge a travel fee. For weddings and events within the US it usually ranges around $200 and international it varies, but for the all inclusive planning package OR if we are already doing another event in the area the fee is waived.

What is your Booking Fee & Deposits? 

We require a 50% of the total when booking. This is the booking fee and it is non refundable. The remaining balance is not due until 45 days before your wedding or event date.

What makes Wandering Blooms unique? 

Other than making designs specifically for you, we really take time to get to know you and your partner so that we can make designs that will wow you and your guests. We also have extensive experience in the event and travel industry, which means we know the in's and out's of what goes in to weddings, elopements and events. We plan for everything, yes even rain! We also do not have a brick and mortar shop, we have a design studio that servers as our headquarters, but this allows us to not only keep our prices lower but it gives us the opportunity to travel nation & world wide! 

What is an introduction pricing quote? 

We try to get to know our potential clients and hear their FULL vision before sending a quote, but we understand you are trying to see who will fit within your budget. We ask a couple of simple questions to get an idea of your vision and quantity of what you will need and send over a introduction quote. This is the cost of what we think your designs will run, the only way to get a better idea is to have a consultation. We do this either over the phone or in person (depending on your location). We don't just want to give you what you want, we want to go above and beyond what you asked for.We also want to make sure you are getting the best price. We determine our pricing a few different ways. First we listen to your vision and understand the designs you are wanting. We then create these designs and base the pricing off of what flowers were requested and the quantity. We also base your pricing on time of year and location. We try to be as transparent as possible when it comes to pricing. We don't do hidden fees or costs!

Zoë Burchard and I have partnered to create our sister business, Wandering Elopements. We’ll book your vendors, accommodations, obtain permits, scout locations, style your ceremony/small reception and photograph every minute of your elopement.
